Our payment and cancellation policy
We require full payment for treatment that has been done, on the same day. If you have any financial queries, we are happy to discuss this with you prior to treatment. A small deposit payment may be required for treatment requiring the utilisation of dental laboratories. For your convenience we accept cash, EFTPOS and most credit cards. HICAPS is also available, which allows you to make a health fund claim on the spot.
Appointment times are reserved just for you and therefore we require 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment date and time. If less than 48 hours is given, a reservation deposit will be required at $50 per half hour appointment scheduled to make the next appointment.
